I am happy to place before you, kutchhi Alphabets and Numbers. Being a Kutchhi; I always try to pay my respect to my motherland. I feel that Kutchh has Kutchhi language, but it hasn’t any specific Alphabets and Numbers to represent the same. Therefore, I have tried to create a Kutchhi script.

I learnt every Indian language and understand their developmental stages and I observed that every region has its own language to communicate & script to write. I felt sorry that my native place Kutchh has a language to communicate but it does not have script to write and therefore I created individual alphabets and numbers.

It was my intention that the Kutchhi language & script should has also a place with all the other Indian languages. Kutchhi people are hard working but they do not have any separate identity. I do believe that those who do not have their own language & script their identity depend upon others. E.g. Kutchhi people are depending upon Gujarati language and therefore their identity is known through Gujarati.

I kept in mind so many things while creating this script , like living style, mental status, thinking process etc.

Kutchhi language do not have numbers, therefore they have to depend upon Gujarati, Hindi, English. Looking to this aspect, I have invented Kutchhi numbers. Kutchhi people have progressed a lot and therefore I believe that they have to establish their identity through Kutchhi language & script only.

I have created the shape of numbers in such a way that by using them, people achieve development day by day. E.g. I have given shape like star (put image of star) for Number (0). It means Kutchhi will steadily progress like a “Dhruv Star” when the people utilize in their scripts.

Through this script, I humbly believe that the Kutchh will have a unique identity and the people of Kutchh will transmit their thoughts & emotions from one person to other and one Decade to other through the paper medium. They will create a separate identity. And at last, I would like to say that the Alphabets & Numbers, to which I declare them as Kutchhi script will create a separate identity or Kutchh. The Graphology of each & every alphabets & numbers will help development of each and every Kutchhi.

I hope my initiative to invent Kutchhi script will be welcomed by every Kutchhi people and feel proud to be having own script.
